1. Acceptance & Services

A signed service agreement overrides these Terms if the two conflict. We offer SEO, local SEO, content, paid ads, social media, web and logo design, and automation. Exact scope and timelines are in your proposal.

2. Website, Audits & Contact

• Use the website lawfully. No scraping, malware, false form entries, or unauthorized access.
• Free audits and calls are informational only and carry no guarantee.
• By submitting a form, you agree we may call, text, or email you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate information and timely access to your site, analytics, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts.
• Approve content and designs promptly (about 5 business days).
• Keep ownership and admin access of your own accounts and domains.
• Follow the laws that apply to your business and advertising.

4. Fees & Payment

• Monthly services are billed in advance. Projects may need a deposit.
• Invoices are due in 7 days unless stated otherwise. Late balances may pause work and add a 1.5% monthly fee.
• Fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
• Ad spend and third-party costs (stock images, plugins, hosting) are billed separately.
• Price changes need 30 days’ written notice.

5. Cancellation

After any minimum term, cancel by written notice (email is fine) at least 30 days before your next billing date. We may end services for non-payment or breach. Fees earned up to that point remain due.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Results depend on algorithm changes, competitors, your website, how quickly recommendations are implemented, and platform policies. Examples and statistics on our site are illustrative.

7. Platforms & AI

Google, Meta, and other platforms set their own rules, which we do not control. We use AI tools for research and drafting, and our team reviews the output. You approve final content, especially in regulated fields like legal, healthcare, and dental.

8. Ownership

We own our website, methods, and tools. You keep your brand, content, and existing materials. Once paid in full, you receive a license to use the work we create for you. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise.

9. Confidentiality & Compliance

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data under our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send protected health information without a separate written agreement. You are responsible for industry advertising rules (such as attorney ethics rules, HIPAA, and review laws). We do not give legal, medical, or compliance advice.

10. Liability & Indemnity

The website and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. You agree to cover claims arising from content you provide or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

Pennsylvania law applies. We will first try to resolve disputes informally for 30 days. After that, disputes go to the courts in Bucks County or the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jury trials and class actions are waived where the law allows.

12. General & Changes

• We are an independent contractor, not your employee or partner.
• If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• You agree not to solicit our team members for 12 months after your engagement.
• We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a new date.
